Barb started at Management Recruiters as the front desk receptionist. There she learned the basics of our industry and honed her customer services skills. Her quick mind and creative talents enabled her to take on additional responsibilities in the administrative area, including the creation of proposals and marketing materials. Barb later assumed the role of Internet Recruiter, where her primary responsibility is to surface candidates electronically for current openings. Barb excels at qualifying candidates, listening to their concerns, and matching them to career opportunities that mirror their long-term goals. Barb is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Tom's Bachelor
of Science degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati made him

candidates in a short time frame, Ed has earned the respect and loyalty of
his numerous clients. Candidates appreciate the fact that he will present

Joe Mehl, CSAM

An engineer by trade, Joe offers an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing process from both the client and candidate perspective. He is able to identify top technical talent, and knows the background and skill-set required to make the right fit. Kathy has made
gigantic strides throughout her career with Management Recruiters. She began
her career her as an Account Executive and was quickly promoted to manager
of Administrative Staffing, where she was repeatedly recognized as one of
the Top Five National Managers. In 1999 she made yet another step up to Senior
Vice President. Kathy's goal is to serve clients as a single resource for
all their staffing needs, and is a member of the Management Recruiters International
Hall of Fame. A graduate of Lemoyne College, Kathy studied in France and has
lived in Europe and Asia. Previously, Kathy was a placement director in Maryland,
where she placed secretarial graduates in the White House, and the U.S. Senate
and House of Representatives.
Vickie Schutte

Vickie started in the recruiting
industry as someone who arranged housing for traveling med techs throughout
the US. She was so good at working with both the candidates and the hospitals
that it only made sense for her to start staffing.
She's been recruiting in
the allied health area since 2000, and has become highly relied upon by job
seekers and employers alike. Vickie is very honest with people and has a good
understanding of what they do and therefore, what they need. She's very down-to-earth

Norb Swarts

Norb brings 15
years of hands-on engineering experience to the table. He came from a design
and engineering firm whose clients were manufacturers in the food, beverage,
and pharmaceutical industries, making him a natural for sourcing those types
of professionals. As his coworkers can attest, Norb has never met a stranger.
He understands what a company is looking for in an employee, and also understands
what candidates need to meet their technical goals and objectives. Norb earned
his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University
of Cincinnati.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Edgecliff College, developing talent comes naturally to Vicki.
