Joined MRI in1970.  He began as an Account Executive in Youngstown Ohio and was promoted to MRI Corporate offices in Cleveland as a Field Operations Manager.  While there he directed the training and opening of new offices nationwide.  He then managed offices in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Atlanta, and Washington D.C.   In 1987 he purchased Management Recruiters of Cincinnati.  During this time he also started TRAK Staffing Services, which specializes in administrative and office support staffing.  They have grown to be one of the premier staffing companies in Cincinnati.  He has been named Manager of the year on three occasions, was the President of two Employment Associations and is a Certified Personnel Consultant.    In 1995 he was installed in MRI’s Corporate Ring of Honor symbolizing his accomplishments.

Norbert brings 15 years of hands-on engineering experience to the table. Before joining MRI of Cincinnati in 1999, he worked for a Design and Engineering firm whose clients were manufacturers in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. His background makes him a natural for sourcing and placing engineering professionals. He understands what a company is looking for in an employee, and also understands what capabilities the candidate needs in order to meet the company’s technical goals and objectives. Norbert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
